Multiple account registrations by the same individual are strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password. 2521 will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your login credentials. General User Responsibilities
- Not to use the platform for any purpose that is unlawful under Malaysian law.
- Not to attempt to hack, breach, or disrupt the platform's systems or security.
- Not to share your account with others or allow any other person to use your account.
- Not to use automated software, bots, or scripts to access or interact with the platform without written authorisation.
Payments, Deposits & Transactions in Malaysian Ringgit
All transactions on the 2521 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). We accept a range of local payment methods, including online banking via FPX, TNG eWallet, GrabPay, Boost, and domestic bank transfers.
Deposit Conditions
The minimum deposit amount is set by the platform and is subject to change. All successfully processed deposits are final and cannot be reversed once credited to your account. Users are responsible for ensuring that all payment details are correct before confirming any transaction.
Withdrawal Conditions
Withdrawals may only be made to a verified account registered in the same name as the 2521 account holder. 2521 reserves the right to request identity verification documents before processing any withdrawal. Any attempt to withdraw funds through fraudulent means or via a third party will result in account suspension and further appropriate action.
Transaction Delays & Failures
2521 is not responsible for delays caused by third parties such as banks, eWallet providers, or network disruptions beyond our control. Should any transaction-related issues arise, please contact our customer support team with the relevant proof of transaction.
Platform Usage Rules & Account Policy
Prohibited Activities
Users are prohibited from using the 2521 platform for any activities involving fraud, money laundering, or any conduct that violates Malaysian law. Any attempt to manipulate game outcomes, exploit system bugs, or abuse promotions and bonuses is strictly forbidden and will result in immediate action.
Account Suspension & Closure
2521 reserves the right to suspend or close any user account at any time if there is evidence or reasonable suspicion of a breach of these terms, fraud, or suspicious activity. In the event of a suspension, 2521 will conduct an internal investigation and the user will be informed of the outcome within a reasonable timeframe. Undisputed funds in a closed account will be returned to the user upon completion of the investigation, subject to certain conditions.
Self-Initiated Account Closure
Users may close their own account at any time by contacting our support team. Account closure will be processed within the stipulated timeframe, and any eligible remaining balance will be returned following a security review.
